Aha!

When real truth comes an "aha moment" occurs! For those who have yet to have their first "aha moment" allow me to tell you about it. An "aha moment" comes when you finally figure out what's really going on. The light comes on and you have clarity like never before. It is usually accompanied by a sentinel event. In other words, something happens and that something makes you think. And after thinking awhile , you begin to put the pieces together. When you have figured everything out you say , "Aha!". Mr. Pitt's ushered in another "aha" moment for me! I used to wonder why some women seemed to always have negative labels attached to them when they exhibited the same identical traits for which successful men were applauded. Women who posess the drive, initiative, and ambition to pursue their dreams had better be prepared to pay price Mr. Pitts speaks of. It is a high price indeed!!! The price may be even higher when a woman has the nerve to take charge of her destiny ! God help the woman who validates herself or thinks for herself ! I have been guilty of both. Being niether demure or passive has cost me a couple of jobs, some fake friends, and maybe the chance of being the wife of an insecure man who wants a nice little woman! I have been labeled unmanageable, aggressive and too outspoken. Once I was told that I wanted too much for a woman! So,I paid the price but I'm getting my money's worth ! See when you are willing to pay the price for being your own woman you may lose a job only to gain the opportunity to realize your dream. So called friends leave your life genuine people who believe in you have room to enter your life. And maybe , just maybe, you scared off the insecure man so that a real man who can bring out the best in you will come along! AHA!!!!!!!! Peace and Love, Redd
